There is no cost to families with approved applications. Cloth diapers are donated by the community and are provided without any warranty.
Approved applicants will need to pick up diapers from a designated location. Diaper supplies will not be shipped.
The purchase of accessories such as detergent, fasteners, cloth wipes, wet bags, diaper pail, diaper sprayer etc. that may not be included with the diapers provided is the responsibility of the applicant.
The diapers provided may be previously worn. They will be pre-washed and sanitized either with bleach or a high heat sanitizing wash cycle, and fully prepared for use by a Babies Need Bottoms volunteer. Washing and care for the diapers for the duration of use is the responsibility of the applicant. Care and use tips and resources will be provided for your convenience.
Diapers are accepted in "as is" condition. Recipient agrees to accept responsibility to properly care for cloth diapers and either pass them along to another parent in need when
they are no longer needed or return them to Babies Need Bottoms.
By applying, applicants are agreeing to the following conditions: Applicants/recipients will accept the cloth diapers in "as is", "where is" condition with no warranties (whether express or implied) or guarantees. Applicant, on behalf of all those who wear, use, or otherwise handle the cloth diapers, hereby assume all risks arising from the cloth diapers and related supplies, including the presence of allergens. Applicant hereby releases and waives all claims and/or damages (however characterized) against Babies Need Bottoms, each volunteer, and the owners, officers, employees, and agents of any of the foregoing related in any way to the Cloth Diaper Program and/or the cloth diapers and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Babies Need Bottoms and each volunteer with respect thereto.
