Holiday Diaper Drive to Benefit Steadfast House

Asheville, NC—Babies Need Bottoms Inc. is hosting a community diaper drive across the Asheville, NC area from December 8-17. Collection boxes will be in local businesses (below) for the public to donate diapers, diaper creams and diaper wipes. Donated supplies will benefit the ABCCM Steadfast House, which has an ongoing diaper deficit for the families assisted through its programs.

As a new nonprofit in Asheville, Babies Need Bottoms relies on support from community partners to raise awareness about diaper need in Asheville. The following organizations are serving as drop-off locations for this month’s diaper drive:

• Kids Garden AVL – 4 S Tunnel Rd #700, Asheville
• The Hop West – 721 Haywood Rd, Asheville
• The Toy Box – 793 Merrimon Ave, Asheville
• The Drop & Play – 820 Fleming St Suite B, Hendersonville
• White Duck Taco Shop – 16 Miami Circle, Arden

Babies Need Bottoms Inc. is a new, volunteer nonprofit diaper bank in Asheville, NC. The mission of Babies Need Bottoms is to improve the lives of babies, toddlers, and parents in the Greater Asheville area through diaper distribution, community awareness and partnerships.

Steadfast House‘s mission is to provide stability to homeless women and moms with children; provide personal skill building for women; provide education and training that equip women for employment and sustainable housing; provide reintegration skills and opportunities that lead to greater self-determination.
